Teacher's response
We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had. In fact, we provided your child with a 1-on-1 class experience, but your child was too young to follow the teacher's instructions. If he had followed the steps, the project could have been completed within two hours. However, because he was unable to follow the instructions, the clay became too wet to shape, and the class had to end early. Both the class description and the teacher on-site mentioned that two pieces of clay would be used. We wanted to clarify this as well. Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
