Hello! I am Yasu from Japan.
I grew up in a Taisho temple in Japan because my mother was a monk at that temple. I started meditation in 2019 in Japan and Thailand with a famous meditation teacher there.
I now have taught meditation in Japan and Australia. My style of meditation is good for people who are just starting or have experience. So you can join my class as a beginner or if you have experience in meditating.
